I’m a trauma-informed breathwork practitioner and transpersonal coach, with a background in Family Constellation.
My work is rooted in a simple belief:
Life is meant to be lived.
Not just survived.
Like many of the people I work with, I’ve experienced moments of feeling disconnected from myself and from life.
Breathwork and self-exploration became a doorway back into presence, courage, and self-trust.
